1. Service Retainers

Monthly management retainers for performance marketing, SEO, and AI automation cover work conducted by our growth specialists and are non-refundable once campaign setup or optimization work has commenced.

2. Performance Targets & Guarantees

Where explicit performance guarantees or target lead volumes are specified in writing in a client Master Services Agreement (MSA), Garud Marketing will honor the remedial clauses (e.g. extended management at no additional cost until target leads are met) as defined in said agreement.
